Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original shipping box with all components, manuals, and protective padding included.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or arrange shipping to our regional EU distribution center, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
